I disagree with this to some extent, since it's not shown that the Sinner struggled in any regard so as far as we know he literally just chucked her from across the room.

Except for the fact that the Pilot is barely canon to the main show anyways, so this feat is useless and shouldn't be used at all.
(And barely is being generous to the canonicity of the Pilot)

Perntious should mild relativity to Angel Dust (he threw him, after all. But, of course, Angel is stronger) and has had frequent confrontations with Cherri bomb, both of whom are considered to be above average sinners. After all, it was revealed Pentious was working to becoming an overlord so pentious should 100% still be above imp level at best. At worsts, he scales above blitz, who's relative to and can damage millie, who endured the the 9-B+ feat

Have to remember that it wasn't cause he was throwing hands with everyone (One time he did that his arm broke). It's 100% due to his inventions.
