Normally I'd agree, but contextually Lucifer is clearly meant to be overpowered in basically every way compared to the sinners, spare for that he's literally unable to hurt them due to his punishment, and this is supported by WOG as much as I hate WOG. Pretty much any power-related feat Alastor can do Lucifer should also be able to do and more.
That said I could compromise to likely. Not possibly though.
Where I'll push back is that I kind of agree with DaReaper on Adam. Scaling him above Lucifer is sus to me. I think he should just vaguely scale around the same level if anything.

Well in the fight they both kind of have feats of moving each other against their wills.
The difference is that Adam seems to be trying his hardest while Lucifer is mostly playing around.

To clarify, normally I would agree that scaling a calculated feat based on vibes is a bad move.
But in the case of Hazbin Hotel, we have WOG, context, and an implied UES of some kind placing Lucifer above Alastor in every way in terms of power.
