After reviewing both profiles i think matt takes this mid-high diff. He has what could be considered a better version of tanjiros analytical prediction and senses in general.

this turns into a battle of analysis and adaptation and speed, tanjiro is massively faster however daredevil as admitted by spider-man and captain america is almost untouchable.

plus his ability to perceive and plan down to a nanosecond scale.
