HAD could probably win this but the problem I see is Probability Manipulation but he can probably get past that since it was stated that even the effects of Love Train couldn't beat HAD

The Love Train's probability manipulation allows it to reflect attacks/misfortune/potential threats through other universes, not manipulation reality or other's actions. Though I don't know the extent of her probability manipulation.
