Heaven Ascension Dio's durability

Since Jotaro who had his Over Heaven abilities awaken could not inflict much harm towards HA Dio and has to use the bracelet to cause a time paradox in order to defeat him, wouldn't that mean HA Dio should have 2-A durability? If this is accepted, should this also scale to Jotaro as well?

I agree with J-Man, he just heal himself from that, that's not dura. His reaction time still deserve an upgrade tho.

And it isn't a time paradox . He'll nobody in the game can be time paradoxed and Funny explains that .
