"Now the problem here is we don't know how many universes/timelines exist in JoJo"

Just a quick question, but what's the reason behind assuming all series (without evidence) don't share the same multiverse the real world does? I was under the impression we apply our current understanding of physics onto each series; only point out the clear contradictions?

We don't assume that for any verse, unless it's supported by what's in the verse.

That we should go with the assumption that the JoJo multiverse is as big as ours unless evidence suggests otherwise. So like an example is like if a supreme being says the multiverse; says its totality is only one thousand universes.

We've never made that assumption anywhere. Hell, we don't even know if there is a multiverse in real life.

That's what I assumed was being implied; my point was that if there is a multiverse shown in this series, why can we not just apply values which are generally accepted by the scientific community regarding multiverses? It can be changed if there's evidence suggesting otherwise.

Because that's just an assumption with no basis? That's like saying a series that mentions higher dimensions automatically has 11 dimensions because that's what real life works with.
