Health/Hit Points and Stamina/Vigor?

This is pretty much a straight forward question, are health/hit points in video games usually represented as one’s stamina or vigor, as in the capacity or max cap to perform activities or active strength or energy performing activities?

yeah, it can be complicated at times, though from the wikipedia page, Health Points seems to be related to stamina, which does kind of make sense in a way that stamina does reflect the strength/energy one has as their current health status, and damage and harm would affect it.

There is also something like this where damage is measured like points

Sometimes it makes sense for it to be part of physical stamina; but sometimes it's MP or something like that which is stamina.

I think it's largely dependent on context. HP and MP are generally just game mechanics, though they can represent different aspects of a character's stamina if given context by the game.

I guess, there have been games that have information or content with lore that reveals information about health bars for characters.

It's heavily case by case, but generally it's the endurance stat. Though inconsistencies on how game mechanics do not translate well with powerscaling should also be considered.
