Lucifer can create moons for songs and solar systems as a seraphim, he could've just made Charlie literally speaking, we don't know, all I'm saying is that she is a Nephilim and nothing changes that. Lilith is def not just a human anymore, and i refuse to believe she just has horns on her head for no reason seeing as how natural horns are a demon only thing.

Literally there are plans to downgrade pretty much everyone using feats like Blitz overpowering a sinner in the yee old Christmas episode as reasons why there's not that big of a gap... hell tier 7 ain't even consistent lol
Hilarious thing is the calc should actually only be for one city block for like a minute tops... and if you calced the size of the city, it is ******* tiny so have fun!

Yea, we see that overlords can't be compared to Sinners, you cant just downgrade the overlords when they are both narratively and logically KNOWN to be incomparably stronger, just look how Alastor treated the loan sharks in Luci's episode
Also, if the overlords were really only teir 9, then honestly, the show starts to fall off and make no sense when literally everyone can just nuke them and that's that. It kinda makes them feel like less of a threat.
Dunno why I'm even arguing this when we are bound to get more teir 7 scaling from season 2, and from the final 2 anyway, it's just a matter of waiting

Now state the feat Vox has in base.
Alastor's "Low 7-C" feat is literally 8-C for the durability Pentious would get and the Low 7-C bit wasn't caused by him
Vox's 7-C feat happened in what appears to be Full Demon Form so it doesn't scale to his base.
And the only other tier 7 feat in the verse comes from a guy who scales above practically every sinner, only being minorly damaged by Alastor in Full Demon, who's the strongest Sinner along with Vox!
Their bases are debatably tier 8, and frankly if I had my way 100% I'd downgrade them down to 8-C and not bother with the 8-B or 8-A ends.

No I do think that just using Chicago or some other big city is fine for population, just if the feat was calced raw you would not like the results.

Pentagram "city" is just the name of all the cities combined, hell is huge and viv just sucks with scaling it, velvet literally by the book that was released has 500 mill followers, and I highly doubt that the other rings care about ANY overlord other than carmine that much, all 500 mill are most likely hypnotized pride ring denizens that vox got
