Oh ok. This is my second post so I just want to make sure I'm not doing anything I'm not supposed to
.To answer your initial question. I think Spawn's strongest option is EE since I'm not seeing a resistance to that on Bayo's page. He also has Death, spatial and matter manip as potential options. His range is also much better (multiversal with this key) so he can attack from a distance that's outside bayo's range (both teleport so she can't easily close the gap that way). Bayo's go too move that she loves to spam is Witch Time but Spawn has time manip too and resists Time Stop so I think he's covered there.

Not certain. I don't remember if he beat a 2-C in this form. I only remember him matching two of them at once.
