I mean they're fated to die within a year, not exactly applicable for a fight I'd wager and iirc Ken never used the move himself IC. Can't think of a second person off the top of my head rn

Well Ken can EE, body puppet someone to commit self BFR, ice manip and he's got NPI and he's got his own busted set of tricks like Precog and Muso Tensei so he should be alright I think
