Unless they resist fate manip or have ways of getting around it then yeah kinda. Not to mention his other hax which would also help beat people. Its fine I’ll think of another character

You are so wrong bro arcane doesn't necessarily mean an ability that can affect specific law or durability negation, it means an irregular a power that is not natural, that was explained by lolochpeka in chapter 228.
And as i said before being an arcane doesn't mean you can destroy a devil heart the prime example of that is litch, lumiere, nero and... langris yes him his space magic is considered an irregular thus arcane.

Because no one can defeat him, if he somehow dies (1% Chance at best) he would just appear from another universe and replace itself, he would null every resistance and can easily defeat anyone via BFR to the end of time
