Crypton Future Media holds the rights to Meiko, Kaito, Miku, Len/Rin, and Luka. Not Sega. Project Diva and Project Mirai are as canon as Senbonzakura manga by WhiteFlame/Maru Itto.
Character license shows that anything that isn't too violent, too sexual and too degrading is accepted by Crypton Future Media, therefore, making all of them canon.
