Haruhi vs. Ushiromiya Maria

Depending on the Maria. Pretty much all versions of Maria stomp Haruhi, hard.

Haruhi is omnipotent in practice. So if she want to win, she wins. Lets interpret this as Piece Maria, so that it isn´t a stomp thread.
If its Haruhi vs Piece Maria, I would actually give it to Haruhi.
Piece Marias Universial feats are all done together with Beatrice, since Piece Maria isn´t all that strong of a magician at that point and because their abilities complement each others so well (from 0 to 1, from 1 to infinity).
Haruhi is only 2-C, but Multi-Universe level (2 universes to be exact) is still a lot more powerful then Maria. Now the main argument against Haruhi is usually that she doesn´t know her powers and through that can not actively fight with them and that she is as fragile as a human.
Now while she doesn´t know her abilities her powers indeed do defend her from harm. Supermancors example is legit in that point, but the existence of Yasumi Watahashi further supports that. One thing notable is that her abilties through that also demonstrated to intervene in order to prevent something that happens only some time in the future. So if attacked her abilities will likely activate her powers to defend her, which makes her less fragil.
So all in all I would believe that teh fight isn´t as onesided as it is often made out to be.
