Although with that speed difference jinx ain’t touching Harley plus Harley is more skilled due to having equal footing against Batman but Harley can’t hurt Jinx. So if jinx lands a hit, it’s over.

Physical AP difference is around 1.6x (Harley is 9-A+, though Jinx upscales from her value a decent bit) so Harley could definitely hurt Jinx. Jinx’s weapons and Super Mega Death Rocket could easily kill Harley, though Harley’s firearms could also lethally injure Jinx since they’re piercing damage (though Jinx’s Regeneration prevents her from being easily killed).

You can work out the difference in AP by dividing the AP of the combatants from highest to lowest.

Jynx's AP (0.364675761 Tons of TNT) divided by Harley's AP (0.242350160503 Tons of TNT) = 1.5

therefore Jynx is 1.5x stronger than Harley

Pretty sure Jinx is more skilled in precision and such, this would matter if Harley wasn't at bare minimum over 5x faster. So Harley speed-stomps gg no re close this.
