If we're going by "official" tiering I'd say Harambe may qualify for Ocean with all the memes of his utter amazingness.

I usually toss out the memetic or ocean tier rankings in favor of serious rankings. That is the case with Harambe here.

That being said, my vote is on my character. Harambe is God's right hand assistant, so he's likely far more experienced than Metal Bat.

Well Ocean and Memetic were meant to be somewhat serious or I guess "official" rankings but then people added them to every other profile. I'd say Harambe would "officially" be Ocean but even by the profile made I guess he'd win. Especially since Metal Bat is only MFTL+ (somehow)

I like the idea of ranking characters based on debatable memetic value, and I likely would be making profiles like that had there not seemingly been more than enough profiles of that caliber.

But yeah the MFTL+ confirms Harambe's victory here.
