For once. Not my Position to answer got this show. I think that was @GoDi who even added it to the page. I'd assume it also could come from the natural training he would need to have to be what he has. Like military and such, but on screen I got no idea atm.

Oh. Sorry. I thought it was you. My bad. Regardless. I had discussed on my page, probably comes from training. I linked like one of the KO PP military learns. And hank did get military training from his dad and the actual military.
