Honestly, the profile of Hakume is in need of revisions and mostly additions of powers, but I also think it best to create a key only from when Hakumen was born because he receives different and unique powers in this way, such as:
Abstract Existence (Hakumen was born in the concepts opposed to light and goodness when the "happiness" itself was being created, it would seem fair to him to be the personification of them)
Non-Corporeality (Hakumen was born without a body, and had to hide inside one until he gained a physical form)
Possession (He's been hiding for years in Tora's human body feeding on his hatred)
Absorption (Was able to absorb the hatred of Torah to gain a physical form)
Immortality (Types 1, 6 and possibly 8, Hakumen would be bound to all concepts opposed to light, kindness and etc.)
Now, on the normal and characteristic form of Hakumen.
Firstly, he should have scaled all his avatars for having given birth to them, so he would have these additional abilities:
Fusionism or Absorption (Can merge with other beings to stay with their powers)
Acid Manipulation (Taken from a Yokai he absorbed)
Hair Manipulation (Taken from another Yokai)
Memory Manipulation (Hakumen proved to be able to erase minds)
Mind Manipulation (You could also control minds with your Mini-Yokals)
Shapeshifting (Hakumen infiltrated several kingdoms becoming a woman and also in some villages)
Portal Creation (Scaling your Avatar)
Regenerationn (Mid-High; Her clone regained her entire body through a single hair)
Sealing and Soul Manipulation (Hakumen was able to seal ancient spirits)
Body Control (Hakumen is able to create thorns through his body, such as his tails)
Limited Sealing Resistance (Even sealed, Hakumen was able to send his Avatars to fight for him and was also able to use his powers on other people)
Astral Projection (If projected astrally to communicate with other beings and makes them allies)
Duplication (Created a clone with its Regenerationn)
Fear Manipulation (Capable of feasting on other people's fears, their own presence can induce terror in normal humans)
Immortality (Types 1 and 3, Hakumen lived for thousands of years and never mentioned feeling old or worn out about it)
Telepathy (he can call allies mentally, as you did with Guren for example)
