UIO1 Goku and everyone above him is scaled to 2 macrocosm 2-C on the basis they outperformed 3 GoDs fighting together when 2 of them fighting together are be able to destroy 2 macrocosms.

How is this relevant here I may add?

The fact that a fight between two GoDs results in destruction of 2 macrocosms is well known between experienced gods so there's no reason Gowasu isn't knowing of this yet he still said Zamasu is beyond his god understanding. Quite literally the same accolade but earlier.

My suggestion? Start the 2 macrocosm scaling at Fused Zamasu and Vegito Blue. Not at UIO1 Goku.
