Sans' attacks like opponents who are large because the KRAMA removes the Black King's Invincible and constantly deals damages on Black King. Then, Sans is not the one who is waiting to be hit especially facing a classic RPG boss. At least, Sans can destroy Black King's Scepter by Gaster Blaster. Finally, don't forget Sans' teleport.

Well, i guess the key is stamina, but i wouldn't be sure myself dince sans only died due to being killed via breaking the game. Still, asuming sans does physical damage i am pretty sure the king would eventually drain sans stamina (since he has an insane ammount of health even compared to undertale). Soul is a different story thougth, we don't know much about souls in homestuck other than the fact that they can be kept inside of objects. For this i say BK edge, near incoclusive.
