In this video, we see Gumball and Darwin "eating" themselves. This comes from the episode "The Procrastinators" where in a scene, Gumball and Darwin are appeared shoving their limbs in their mouth and eventually, eating themselves into nothing. They do reappear right afterward in the next scene. Does this count as possible Low-Godly regen since they basically ate themselves into nothing and then just come right back afterward?

This doesn't works because that's an off-screen thing
Instances of characters being wounded and inexplicably recovering off-screen should not be taken as evidence of regeneration unless supported by further context. This is due to reasons ranging from the possibility of off-screen treatment to continuity errors. See this thread for reference.

In that same episode, they have regenerated from blowing themselves away into dust, with the instant regeneration occuring in the next scene, so I don't see why it wouldnt work, hence their Mid-High regen. Also, there couldn't be any treatment because nobody was around to treat them. The two were home alone.

I honestly don't think that applies here.

What kind of "treatment"? They disappeared until there was nothing left, there's nothing to "treat".

Continuity errors from one scene to another?
We literally don't know what happened there as it was an off-screen incident. They may have resurrected, they may have vomited themselves up, anything can happen. There is not even a single thing about the method by which they saved themselves.

Same above
