Green Lantern (Hal Jordan) vs Green Lantern (Kyle Rayner).

Hal FRA. Also pretty sure Hal is stated the most in-universe to be the strongest Green Lantern.

The strongest Green Lantern is probably Sodam Yat with Ion.
I do think Hal is slightly better than Kyle as a GL. Hal said something along the lines of Kyle being the best Lantern overall since he was a White Lantern but as a Green, Hal is best.
So I think I'll vote Hal for Ionliosite's reasons. They are matched in almost everything, be it AP, speed, versatility, etc. The only thing Hal has over Kyle is that he's older. Honestly, it might be inconclusive, but I'll stick with Hal for now unless someone wants to argue for Kyle.
