Bill will be on his Restricted version,he will NOT be on his full power version.

Hmm. Probably Bill. Outside of his world (Inside of him) he is only strong enough to destroy a planet. Yes, during his battle against Teridax he told him that their bodies could destroy universes, but there is no proof of this.
