I vote the chimp. He's far more intelligent, versatile and resourceful along with having a strength advantage over it. Even small monkeys can kill dogs
I'm going with inconclusive. Either could win, though physically I see a victory coming easier to the wolf, because of speed and neck biting. However, a chimp could probably intimidate the wolf pretty well, and arms could work great for defending and grappling. I'm not confident giving the win to the wolf, at least not enough of the time to warrant a victory.
Being "in character" and not bloodlusted they'd probably realize the danger posed by their opponent and retreat anyway, but that probably conflicts with them being willing to kill.
Wolf FRA , despite the chimpanzee having very strong jaws , being smarter and possibly being more durable , the wolf should take everything else , they are far more aggresive , larger and they have more fighting experince ,taking down animals far larger then chimps .
