In bill's representaion of what would happen with ford he shows this clip https://youtu.be/E-uBuVQOulA?t=1m29s in it we see his minions playing with planets very easily and consdering how they are considered interdimensional nightmares and this is probably the bottom of their power their tier could be 5b at the very least likely far higher and since we see ford would have been able to control what seems to be a galaxy they could be up to 3c or 3b
