Not necesarily. Grand Priest is VASTLY superior to Whis in every way imaginable. Unless Ahri haxes him first (which is impossible due to GP's speed advantage), then I vote GP. Also, Ahiri's Life Absorption can be countered by GP's spiritual durability, since all DB characters's bodies when dead have exact same stats as their alive versions.
GP also has more hax in comparison to Ahri, so I vote GP.

Speed is equalized and grand priest has no resistances to ahri hax just like Whis, this is no different from that thread

Ahri has no resistance to Grand Priest's hax either. The biggest isue with this fight is that we don't know how proficient Grand Priest is with his hax.

But Ahri spams her hax from the get go. Whis had some stuff to beat Ahri, as well, but due to the mind hax, he'd never get a chance to use it. It's the same here.

Mind Manipulation and Empathic Manipulation, which are then followed by the Life Absorbtion. The Empathic can possibly be resisted but not the Mind.

Where are you getting this Spiritual Durability?? There's no such thing.
When you die in DB, you go to the Other World. Depending on what you did in life your either a spirit/ghost or you get to keep your actual body.

No. Keeping your body in the afterlife is simply a special privilege. If you haven't earned it, you appear as a ghost.
Also, someone who has their body can still be touched or interacted with as though they're alive. A ghost cannot be touched or harmed. Unless, you're a GoD.
