With the release of versus it also revealed quite some information regarding the entirety of the verse and a proof that would land the Omnipotent or the 2 Gods are responsible for a creation of a universe and not a multi-stellar dimension

Beelzebub great plan in this Story is releasing Pandemonium and let it crash down the Crimson Horizon to unite all the realms or dimension (Astral Realm/Crimson Horizon/Sky Realm], with its shockwave so great that would destroy the boundary between these worlds resulting to the worlds being destroyed
Yes, this looks like just a 5-B feat. But with the Pandemonium unleashing the chaos that Beelzebub used is capable of rewriting causality to the point he can rewrite the rules of the universe ], should be evidence that the "world" in this context is the universe.
It is known that if the boundary within the crimson horizon and the Sky-Realm is what keeping the Chaos from encroaching which can cause the total erasure of the universe by overturning the Providence that The Omnipotent placed to give Chaos an order to be functional with logic, causality, and laws of physics.
But Beelzebub has already absorbed the remnants of the Omnipotent, basically giving him the ability to manipulate and corrupt Causality to the point that he can rewrite the rules of the universe the Omnipotent placed. He's turning the whole universe's reality into the reality he wants. dismantling and overwriting it using chaos after unifying it with the crimson horizon allowing chaos to spill into the sky-realm and rule over it all.
Beelzebub is defeated by Gran and his crew even with his newfound god-like powers. but he was successful in unifying the realms and the person mentioned that knows the truth on what happened is Lucilius which he confirmed that the destruction of the boundary should blot out all of the creations of the omnipotent in the Canvass which is the crimson horizon.
Beelzebub after this was sent to a dimensionless realm without substance where time holds no sway and was visited by Bahamut himself to enact punishment against him but was later defeated by Beelzebub.
Upon Belial’s Release, we finally learned that the person who interfered after the fight is Belial and he simply took Versus core from Beelzebub to prevent himself from dying to chaos. And the unification of the 3 realms somehow resulted in the world appearing normal with the exception that different parallel timelines are merging which resulted in Djeeta appearing in Sky-realm and having all the memories and experience as Captain Gran.
The Mobage Game story plot remains the same with just a difference in the cast.
It was Sandalphon, Cagliostro that helped Captain to stop Beelzebub and the warping of Causality happened instantaneously with Pandemonium ceasing to function that happened the moment Beelzebub was set free from his containment field. It was put to stop as soon as possible with the help of Sandalphon and instead of pandemonium crashing to Crimson Horizon the 2 Speakers Shalem and Sahar instead interfered the shattered the whole pandemonium leaving only its shattered remains which now becomes the Tower of Babel and Beelzebub took advantage of the power of Sahar’s Paradise Lost and Shalem’s Chaos Legion using chaos to create Tower of Babel and the massive Vortex made of chaos surrounding it and prevent himself from falling back to Crimson horizon. As of now not even Sandalphon can dent the Vortex surrounding it and needs to directly confront Beelzebub at the Center of the Vortex by climbing from the bottom.
The God Tiers
With the story out of the way, we now know that Sky-realm or the creation of The Omnipotent is not just a Multi-Stellar dimension but rather an Entire Universe on itself with its own laws and rules basically creating it from a canvass which is Crimson horizon (it is actually unknown who created the crimson horizon or if its created by The Omnipotent as well we just know that it existed before the creation) and having those laws and rules corrupted and rewritten will affect the entire universe itself which is the Sky-realm and its copy Astral Realm.
This could mean that The Omnipotent and its 2 half Sky-God Bahamut and Astral God Bahamut is potentially capable of creating or destroying a universe with its rules/laws and the space-time continuum as well. This could easily put them at '''low 2-C''' at peak
So far the dimensional boundary is what keeping this universe safe from chaos. The Force necessary to actually destroy it would be equivalent or at least stronger than chaos which Pandemonium and Etemenanki Posses allowing these 2 objects to destroy it
Beelzebub having absorbed remnants of the Omnipotent and having chaos matter is more than capable of stopping Base Bahamut which is the other half of the Omnipotent which would easily scale him to '''low 2-C''' with also the scans that he can overwrite the Sky-realm's rules with enough chaos.
Pandemonium and Etemenanki would be at '''low 2-C''' as well for durability since they are both able to destroy the boundary. With Etemenanki being superior due to its resistance to chaos on the outside allowing it to survive even a universe wipe from chaos encroachment.
The same would apply to Tower of Babyl it being covered by a Vortex made of chaos and the spaces inside the Vortex completely disregards any providence allowing impossible things to happen like Day and Night existing at the same time and similar effects to Otherworld Realm and other detrimental effects that can potentially merge the crew traversing it with the chaos which forced them to retreat after reaching only several levels and fighting off waves and waves of chaos infused monsters.
With those in mind, proper scaling would affect other characters such as Lucilius, Captain, Helel Ben Sahar/Lucio, Helel Ben Shalem, Lucifer, Avatar, Metatron, Sandalphon, Belial, Revenant Weapons and Eternals, and the Bahamut/Ultima Weapons.
Lucio/Helel Ben Sahar the Dawn Speaker is one of the first creation of the Omnipotent. He fought Lucilius and got his physical body absorbed turning his body into 12 black wings but even then he's still conscious to the point that he sent Lucilius and Etemenanki into a rift between dimensions trapping him and communicating with the Crew about the plan to trap him in limbo. His fight with Lucilius caused Etemenanki to start falling into the dimensional boundary. And later into the fight between 12 winged Lucilius, Captain and Sandalphon are destroying Etemenanki to the point that they created holes from inside of Etemenanki.
This could scale Sandalphon, Helel, Lucilius, and Captain to '''low 2-C''' as well. Shalem would possibly scale similarly for she is the Dusk Speaker an equal of Dawn Speaker. And was involved with the destruction of Pandemonium with Sahar
Belial after Beelzebub's defeat on Versus took the Versus Core to replace his core that is pierced by Beelzebub's Chaos matter. Seeing how this core is created from the power of Chaos that broke off the seal Cagliostro placed against Beelzebub that crumbles pandemonium causing it to fall and caused disturbance to the laws of causality as well. Belial should be able to exert the same amount of power by manifesting this core and the power that he obtained by infusing himself with Avatar's Essence during What makes the sky blue: 000. And it was revealed beforehand that Avatar and Metatron are created to destroy Etemenanki from inside due to its impregnable nature even to chaos. With this Avatar, Metatron and Belial at present should scale to '''low 2-C'''
Revenant weapons are 10 sentient weapons with connected to a single mind. These weapons boast power that mastery over one would give you the power to govern even a world of chaos and have supreme command over creations. The Eternals wielding such weapons are capable of fighting Captain even after awakening the power of Guider of Eternal Edge that gave him Supreme Command over all creations.
Bahamut Weapons and Ultima Weapons (or specifically weapons created using the power of Ultimate Bahamut/Bahamut). Majority of weapons description was taken as an outlier initially. but with the revision, it would make sense that weapons created from the Power of Bahamut are capable of such as Obliterating the known universe, removing existence and any traces of it, swallowing everything leaving only the nothingness at the beginning of time, and Destruction and Creation which majority would fit with '''3-A''' to '''High 3-A''' feat or even low 2-C.
Captain can Easily be tiered to low 2-C for defeating Ultimate Bahamut, Possessing Bahamut weapons that possess a fragment of Sky God who can eradicate known Universe, Surviving the Fall of Pandemonium, Defeating Lucilius with the power of the Original speaker, and defeating Beelzebub with the Remnants of the omnipotent.
The World and Arcarum. The World is seen as capable and strong enough to be scaled similarly to characters on low 2-C. This is further supported when The World created The Tower which is tasked with the total eradication of Sky-realm and Astral Realm. All the Arcanum actually managed to gather all the necessary data and information to efficiently destroy the Sky-realm and Astral Realm and only have to deliver these to The World to start the Destruction of the old realms and the creation of The World’s new realm. So at the end of each story, they should at least be possibly 3-A if not low 2-C
Grand Order or Zooey should be noted to be far stronger than 5-B. in multiple occasions in Versus she is shown capable of fighting higher-tiered enemies including Gran, Djeeta, and Belial with Versus Core. Even capable of holding down Proto-Bahamut infused with chaos. The Mobage can support this as well due to Zooey’s Grand order form being far superior to her Sky dweller form that only that form can stop an Eldritch abomination approaching the Sky-realm from a Starless area in the universe. As seen here where Zooey flew so far to the point The Light from the stars and nebulae are no longer present and the ensuing fight resulted in a bright light which even reached Sky-realm
Akasha could potentially scale to low 2-C using its ability to rewrite history but without it, the best feats it could perform is transported the crew into its own dimension that keeps shifting until they are brought near cosmos where it will start attacking the crew with Ancient flares and Moon destruction feats and the dimension possessing multiple stars from the background.
High Tiers
It was also revealed in Versus that Primal Beast possesses A Pocket Dimension of their own. Originally from the main Game, it was assumed that we fought primal beast on certain locations but Versus cleared it up with the fight with Yggdrassil where she transported The crew to her Pocket Dimension and fought them within that location. With this, it is safe to assume that some primal beast does possess it especially raids primal beast. I'd compiled a list of Primal Beast who seems to possess such ability other than the Arcarum Primal Beast and is able to manipulate it at will as well.

As for the 4 Primarchs in the story of Beelzebub, it was revealed that the 4 Primarch can sacrifice themselves to patch a crack in the hole of the boundary but something large or a hole created by either the pandemonium and Etemenanki is too much even for them to restore and it was even too much for Sandalphon to attempt to restore it as well as they hopelessly ponder if there’s really nothing they could do not even with Cagliostro’s knowledge. Originally they are scaled to 4-A due to the limitation and lack of depth regarding the size and reach of the realms that exist in Granblue and solely relied on the feat of Ultimate Bahamut and The World and the Arcarum’s Pactbearer. But with it finally being confirmed to be a full universe Primarch and other characters scaling from it would need a new basis to stay in 4-A. Thus comes the pocket dimension for each primal beast. We could use Europa’s Pocket dimension as a way to scale and Europa is a disciple of Gabriel which makes Gabriel far superior to her. This scaling would also apply to other disciples such as Shiva, Grimnir, and Alexiel. Others that scale to Medusa will remain 5-B until feats are provided to put them on the same scale as the disciples or Arcarums.
=Eternals and Luminary Knights Revision ft. Seeds of Redemption=
With the Recent event Seeds of Redemption, we have more understanding of how powerful Luminary Knights can be. With Walfrid being able to harm Base Seox/Six and was able to stalemate Base Seofon. With these, it would mean that Luminary Knights is no longer limited to being '''5-B''' and could scale to '''Likely 4-C''' like Base Eternals. and with this scaling would also mean main-story crew character and Loki crew would scale appropriately. And proper scaling would go down from that.

Ultra Robo Grand God Kaiser. Robomi Event ft Crimson Horizon retcon
As of January 2021, they released an event that tells the story of Ancients who existed when Crimson Horizon was a habitable place. so far this tells the story of a Primordial Abomination who caused the chaos in Crimson Horizon and posses and is the concept of Anti-matter and is part of the laws of physics and laws of the cosmos. Wardant is the counteraction of anything that exists in the cosmos as a way for the Cosmos and Law of Physics to balance everything. He was cut off by "The Omnipotent" from interacting with his creation by severing him from the Providence he created. But with the loophole with the help of Ancient Technology now existing in Sky-realm he returned and not even the protector of the Skies Zooey can overcome alone.
The Light of explosion from the beginning of time only managed to immobilize him and only the combined strength of Bahamut, Zooey, Robomi, Tyrias, Captain and everyone in the Sky-realm as Ultra Robo Grand God Kaiser to completely remove his existence concept, abstract, and all.
Ultra Robo Grand God Kaiser is currently considered as one of the strongest Characters in Granblue.
Home Sweet Moon Society Event
with the finale of the Society event, it introduces new abilities and the full strength of Moondweller and their plan to completely eradicate/Subjugate the Sky-realm by vaporizing them and turning them into nanomachine of Diaspora before self Desutrcting. Its healing capability far superior to any weapon and the only way to stop it is by preventing it from bonding with each nanomachine again. Omega-3 the 3 strongest combatants of the Central Axis each possessing unique abilities. Ellis with the ability to see the world in 4 dimensions allowing him to see a glimpse of the past, present, and future, and also capable of hacking and mind manipulation. Juana is capable of using any abilities and properties of anything she has eaten. Dex who is capable of fighting tirelessly using adrenaline able to overwhelm even Vaseraga with Grynoth and even resisted quick atomization that was supposed to be used for Diaspora and fought before completely disintegrating by using his adrenaline.
Baseline 4-C as per scaling but they can go up to 4-A or higher since Central-Axis created diaspora base on how Sky-dwellers overcome The Astrals and their Primal Beast and Technologies including the remnants such as Evokers and the battle implied to have happened after 000

=Eternals and Luminary Knights Revision ft. Seeds of Redemption=
With the Recent event Seeds of Redemption, we have more understanding of how powerful Luminary Knights can be. With Walfrid being able to harm Base Seox/Six and was able to stalemate Base Seofon. With these, it would mean that Luminary Knights is no longer limited to being '''5-B''' and could scale to '''Likely 4-C''' like Base Eternals. and with this scaling would also mean main-story crew character and Loki crew would scale appropriately. And proper scaling would go down from that.

But with the loophole with the help of Ancient Technology now existing in Sky-realm he returned and not even the protector of the Skies Zooey can overcome alone.

with the finale of the Society event, it introduces new abilities and the full strength of Moondweller and their plan to completely eradicate/Subjugate the Sky-realm by vaporizing them and turning them into nanomachine of Diaspora before self Desutrcting. Its healing capability far superior to any weapon and the only way to stop it is by preventing it from bonding with each nanomachine again. Omega-3 the 3 strongest combatants of the Central Axis each possessing unique abilities. Ellis with the ability to see the world in 4 dimensions allowing him to see a glimpse of the past, present, and future, and also capable of hacking and mind manipulation. Juana is capable of using any abilities and properties of anything she has eaten. Dex who is capable of fighting tirelessly using adrenaline able to overwhelm even Vaseraga with Grynoth and even resisted quick atomization that was supposed to be used for Diaspora and fought before completely disintegrating by using his adrenaline.
Baseline 4-C as per scaling but they can go up to 4-A or higher since Central-Axis created diaspora base on how Sky-dwellers overcome The Astrals and their Primal Beast and Technologies including the remnants such as Evokers and the battle implied to have happened after 000
