another note: thanks to selective intangibility can't star platinum basically make webs useless? Star Platinum can block the webs but the webs will not stick due to intangibility
and also stunning wouldn't do much due to the fact that star platinum would still be active
so yeah there are more reasons to vote Jotaro now

It is worth considering that DIO was extremely arrogant. In many moments he didn't attack Jotaro.

while that's true, I was more so referring to the final clash in which Dio simply blows up
Jotaro has the stamina to keep fighting until Miles regeneration can't help for sure, considering the whole part 4 thing after Kira collects sheer heart attack and Jotaro kicks his ass

Jotaro FRA + Jotaro did in fact gain SP:TW by the end of Part 3 and can generate incredible amounts of force with base Star Platinum. Miles Morales is Large Building Level in durability, but enough hits from Star Platinum and Miles is done. Miles’ agility with his webs are helpful but Jotaro can use Star Platinum to ‘fly’ as seen in the fight against DIO at the end of Part 3. Being in-character would only disadvantage Miles as he’s a kind person overall and might not see Jotaro as a threat immediately. Pretty close battle with this version of Jotaro honestly, but Jotaro takes this one.
