Plot hax aside, which has already been covered on this thread enough, she's definitely not power nulling 2-A level of absorption.
 
umm unless i'm missing something 2-A absorption is nothing special why can't she null it ?

Well, for starters he resists it. And yes, 2-A power is infinitely above Monika's current 2-C paygrade. It would be a complete NLF to suggest she could null an infinitely greater power, especially when the opponent literally resists power null already.
