Gonna vote for the underdog here, honestly. Rusty brought up some good points. Ray's starting options are typically just shooting bullets and missiles at first, which CC can handily tank/dodge to get in close to start laying out some punishment. RAY trying to jump against an opponent who has way better air mobility is just gonna end badly, maybe CC juggles it in the air with LS, dunno. With his smaller size, he can easily avoid its big blade and when he gets up close the laser isn't really gonna be an option. CC might pull a Raiden too, just grab one of its legs and flip the entire thing over, giving him more time to lay out punishment as it gets back up.
