Goro Majima has the AP advantage up his sleeve thanks to his Heat Stat amps, could create duplications of himself through sheer speed, has abilities such as pressure point strike to deal even more damage or perception manipulation to slow down his perception of time, allowing him to think of a plan to take down Tsugumi. Majima also has LS advantage, has extreme pain resistance and more once you include his equipment.

The most obvious one is skill, Majima drastically skillstomps Tsugumi, he managed to duke it out with Saejima and Kiryu alongside defeating Lao Gui and Jo Amon. This fight is equivalent to Ippo trying to outskill Yujiro Hanma or Garou in a fight.
