Gordon Freeman has superior range, experience and variety, as well as arguably higher strength and speed. That, and his more stable state of mind grant him the win.

Probably Gordon, Beldere has a vastly inferior range and arsenal, with nothing but her whip. From what we've seen of her, Beldere has no experience with combatting attacks much faster than her, so Gordon's guns would be tough for her to deal with.

As much as I hate to say it, this is kind of a stomp in Gordon's favor. She can't dodge more than half of his weapons.

Gordon Freeman wins due to his weapons outranging her, and her not being able to sneak up in a one on one fight with her speed.

Yeah, there's not much chances for the Yandere, he has a varietity of weapons bastly superior than Ayano's arsenal. Not to mention the intelligence/experience gap between this two is huge.

The Freeman win with 9/10 diff. He could always grap a car with the gravity gun and throw it to her.

Gordon, he beat the overwatch (not the whole Combine), and his arsenal is very powerful. Also Yandere-Chan cannot dodge all projectiles, and I don't think she can survive in radioactive waste. Gordon can survive in the waste for a while.
