Why does being a puddle matter that much? Goosebumps characters are physically entities, but regen from puddles. Not sure what you are getting at. Maybe because it wouldn't do any real fatal damage. That IS one of Regenerationn's sole purposes. It doesn't matter on what it can effect, all that should matter here is if he can do anything fatal through this action. Its either that or it would go in a endless cycle of regenerating and feasting.
