Goku vs Thomas the Tank Engine

In Mega´s memory, its time to bring this conflict to a reasonable conclusion. Separated by 20 metres, thomas is at full speed. Goku is on the tracks and can step away from it, but he would face his opponent head on in character.

Why do you spam Thomas the tank engine so much? Otherwise, I don't think you're allowed to restrict goku's movement like that, it give Thomas a massive advantage he normally wouldn't have.
 
Combined with the fact that he starts at max speed and is bloodlusted, it seems like a setup to give Thomas the biggest advantage possible.
 
So why doesn't Goku just Kamehameha Blast Thomas' face in? Thomas has to go in one direction and it's not like Thomas has the speed advantage, Goku actually goes FASTER than Thomas. (Goku at max sprint is faster than 67 mph, Thomas' is only 40mph) so he can actually just run the opposite direction like anybody should when getting chased down by roaring vehicles of death, and GAIN distance to the point that he can charge a full-powered Kamehameha.

AND EVEN THEN! Since Goku's faster, Thomas can't actually do anything. Goku can run at THoma's max speed, jump onto his face, and bam. Thomas can't do crap. Or if Goku sprinted and smashed Thomas at maximum punch speeds, Thomas would probably get derailed as Goku destroys cars and crushes boulders with no difficulty while Thomas' rating comes purely from the fact that Thomas is a train.
 
It's more that Thomas is completely unsuitable for combat, as he has one method of attack (smashing into his opponents at full speed) and it seems to be required to set the fight up in his favor to give him any chance of winning.

Didnt count AKM's since it has alrrady made clear Thomas can use breaks or go in reverse and doesnt have to go over the destroyed track
 
In that case, Goku uses his Power Pole to topple Thomas.
