We need speed equal tho, because if we don't then it's either goku blitz or thanos becoming the universe and omnipresent, and then blitz

Only his state of existence is Omnipresent, his combat and reaction speed is probably still MFTL+. Could be misinterpreting the page thought so don't take my word as true


Anyways yeah, it's still probably better to equalize speed regardless

He isn't instantly the universe while use Cosmic Cube but in character he will change everything in the universe and became the universe

Ye, basically the MFTL+ combat and reaction speed is due to the cosmic cube and stuff, but Omnipresent is only Omnipresent without MFTL+ things

I thought ultra instinct is just a technique?I never saw it stated in canon DB to have AP multiplers like other forms tho.

Also yes also power AP and speed. considering that SSB Goku couldn't even harm Jiren before UI, and UI could have a pretty fair fight

• searches for Mar-Vell with it but can't find him because Marv was in a different dimension

30:

• appears as a psychic construct before Controller and Marv
• BFR's the controller

31: he starts to get serious

• BFRs Avengers and Marv
• Puts Marv and the others in a bio electric forcefield
• Uses it for precognition
• In the future, he has used the Cube to chain Chronos to planets
• Does some space manip, small scale
• Thanos becomes the universe

32:

• Creates some monsters to fight Marv and Avengers
• Some minor mind hax
• creates a physical body for himself

33:

• some energy manip
• size manip - becomes bigger than skyline
• cosmic awareness - sees where avengers are heading

Well since mui goku is used here so he will be serious. At least that's how he is portrayed in DBH. He finished off cumber and kamioren pretty quickly, without messing around.
