It’s because Beerus and Champa were each contributing half the power necessary for a shockwave that would have destroyed two universes at once. So they don’t have multipliers upscaling from low 2-C, but have divisors back scaling from baseline 2-C.

he has instinctive reactions tho and there is a fair opening before you get transmuted if you look up a video the animation is clouds surrounding you for like a second or 2 before transmutes

the second one we basically back to start, even trough Goku is Bloodlusted, Purple guy will ressurect after death and would start with hicus pocus, so the question is, would goku be able to kill PG twice before he move his arms?

Purle guy trow his hands in the air like a dumbass and gokufor some reason react to that, but thabks for remanding me about It, Bloodlusted gpku would just kill PG twice using TP and one punching him sinse should be faster them trowing his arms to the sky

no when he throws his hands in the air it summons clouds that linger on the target for like a second or 2, goku can just escape these clouds

that is a visual effect of the move hitting, he can't just 'escape' that.
