The Low 2-C Blue Goku would still stomp as he would hard scale above the Jiren that fought the first UIO Goku who is superior to Infinite Zamasu who's baseline like Karate Kid.BlackPAIN99 said:

Which honestly doesn't make much sense considering Kyrptonians alone aren't as strong as Superman and usually don't do much damage to him
