Oh wait my bad this is non canon Goku, actually NVM Goku just scales a little above piccolo and higher while naked, so he has a decent AP advantage but not enough to slap easily.

No he doesn't fly slower than nimbus, he scales to piccolo. He could fly since the 23rd tournament, he just doesn't do it a lot until saiyan saga but he definitely can.

The effects of Phantom Barrage and Eiha do not stack. It's one or the other. Which seems to put Joker into even more of an awkward position here.

Honestly, yeah. This isn't a stomp one way or the other, but Joker just doesn't have the sauce to work here. The Flight part is especially damning, as Goku can just keep in the air and launch all kinds of ki blasts at him without really having to come down.

This wouldn't be a problem with practically any other Dragalia Lost character since they can transform into a dragon and give chase. Persona characters are just simply in a bad position in this instance.
