Goku vs. Goku.

I believe Wukong is baseline, while Goku is just shy away from 3-B just by transforming into Ssj3.
Wukong I will argue is more skilled (took on the entire heavens alone, with multiple gods being more skilled than some of the craziest Chinese guys around), and doesn't hesitate from spamming duplicates mid-fight.
On top of Goku being on a time limit (and without Ssj3, he goes down to 4-A, I believe).
So it's a matter of if Goku can knock out Wukong before he runs out of fuel.

It's not even a contest, Wukong is far superior to Goku in skill.

Goku can't kill Wukong. Type 5.
He can only hope to knock him out. Which won't happen against literally hundreds of him that he can bring from a couple of hairs.
