Some explanations you can probably look for more, but the author got some scientists or something to explain the ability.
I would adore it if you provided sources for these... interviews, I presume? Because, as far as the original manga and the Official Fanbook are concerned, the Limitless simply creates a space between Satoru and his opponent that reduces their speed the closer they get to him—like an endless rubber band.

They were in a discord I was in. When I copy and pasted what they said into my search bar some 4chan board came up, but its deleted, maybe its fake idk
