Goku Vs. Dora the Explorer

Dora is too pacifistic, along with the fact that she's only 8-C due to sheer size so Goku has the mobility advantage even if speed is equalized due to the size difference. Goku will eventually KO Dora due to this fact, so Goku.
 
It isn´t technically due to sheer size, but rather powerscaling to someone via the sheer size, so she is slighty above baseline. She can stil use her time slow, then again.
