Best I can see is Goku sensing the difference in power and hitting the KKx 3 and 4 to outright overpower. Using superior skill and techniques should give him the win unless he screws up and Dodoria outright one shots him at the beginning. Guess I'll vote Goku for now.

Goku isn't stupid, he's gonna sense how strong Dodoria is and spam Kaioken to kick his ass, especially since he doesn't have any super strong Ki Blast attacks that could combat his own like Vegeta could with the Galick Gun.

Edit: It would be even easier if Goku had his optional equipment on top of that, especially since Post-North Kai Training Goku rocked up to the field with some Senzu in canon.

Gonna go with Goku here. Unlike Vegeta who is a warrior in both skill and blood and has the means to handle Goku, Dodoria faltered the moment Vegeta found ANY weakness in him. Even though Dodoria is theoretically stronger (around a Power Level of 22,000), the lack of options would make this a slightly easier win for Goku than Vegeta was.

You think Dodoria would be able to survive Goku’s Kaio-Ken x3 attack? Cuz the technique does a lot more damage to Goku in the Saiyan Saga, so both would end up getting critically damaged, but Goku would arguably be worse for wear. Also keep in mind Dodoria’s got a scouter so he can read Goku’s massive jump in power and properly react.

I think the scouter thing holds Frieza Force soldiers back more so than actually helps them. Case in point... Pretty much anyone in that army who isn't Nappa, Vegeta, or Ginyu.

ngl i kinda see Dodoria being able to just outlast and kill Goku, a Kaioken x3 is gonna be overwhelmingly taxing on Goku and he's probably not gonna go for the instant murder shot in character here

Namek Saga Vegeta was capable of vaporizing Dodoria with a regular ki blast and Kaioken x3 Goku has the same power level as that Vegeta, so a Kamehameha would certainly end Dodoria. Dodoria's only real chance is that Goku underestimates him and doesn't use Kaioken quickly enough.

Going with Goku. Given Dodoria's performance against Vegeta at 24k, Goku could likely beat him with Kaioken x3 but still has x4 as last resort to quickly finish off Dodoria.
