Given that Goku has no new abillities i know off he's just the same as previously but stronger so Vriska via Probablity Manipulation and the like.

Luck manipulation gives Vriska the edge here. With the severe backlash Mastered UI has, her probability manipulation would cause it to incapacitate Goku. My vote goes to Vriska with mid difficulty. He'd be able to give her a lot of trouble until she could get her luck manipulation off.

I think for this fight it is assumed that there is no time limit. MUI Goku could just punch her to death. Goku takes this, with very high difficulty.
