Because as far as I know, 100% Zygarde is > Yveltal and Xerneas >> 50% Zygarde and Diancie > Mega Mewtwo and Genesect >= Mega Ray >= Deoxys = Base Mewtwo.

I'd like to note that Kaioken only lasts for a heartbeat. It won't be on long enough TO be nullified. It works more as "oh I'm too far away to hit you? KAIOKEN!". Insert Kaio-What meme here. And in the case of Namek Saga Goku, it lasts longer sure. But he is MUCH more brutal with it's usage and if not dealt with early on, the damage would stack the longer the battle drags. Goku!
