Gojo's Hollow Purple EE?

I always considered it an EE attack, but there's no statement anywhere in the manga, so is there anything anywhere that states Hollow Purple is existence erasing rather than purely matter destroying?

Is it due to it being imaginary mass? I don't physics but if so is it a FTL attack then?

There is no statement on purple being EE, but it works like matter destruction/EE

The FTL thing is a misconception who come from people confunding imaginary mass with tachyons, they are somewhat related but are not exactly the same thing

Matter destruction is EE btw, is the lowest level but still EE, if you are actually erasing their matter rather than breaking it down

If I come to the second question, no, it cannot be given ftl because it is called an imaginary mass. There must be clearly evidence and statements in the series to support that ftl is ftl. So you can't scale it to that degree with just the name.
