Theres a big fat obstacle called weaknesses... "It is heavily implied that the target needs to copy Cosmo saying “Halloween” after she says it, and possibly for there to be some kind of direct focus, in order to work."
So she needs to be able to actually focus on gojo in order to work. Nothing is stopping Gojo from just tping behind her and just ripping her head off.
