Gojo could potentially be FTL and control physical reality or chimera via imaginary mass ?

How could Gojo be FTL ?

The tachyon is a hypothetical class of particles whose main characteristics are to have a speed always greater than the speed of light in vacuum (c), a pure imaginary mass and an energy that decreases with increasing speed.

Imaginary mass = mass that creates complex numbers. When added to real things that move in real life, it creates tachyons that move faster than light due to the special relativity formula for calculating KE. Adding imaginary mass to any matter in a space would instantly turn it into a tachyon and destroy the entire construct, whatever its composition.

Virtual mass = "mass" you add to something because it has to move something else with it to get around. When an object moves through the air, it has some virtual mass from the air that it has to move with it, in addition to friction.

So Gojo is slightly manipulating reality via the imaginary mass, since it is linked to it via this website/blog.

As we know, tachyon are added to real things that have movement in real life, while Gojo uses imaginary mass in combat.

Via the imaginary mass, it's clear that this applies to him too, and not just to his attack speed, since the latter moves at the same time as he does from point A ------> B

Demonstrating that this also applies to his attack speed FTL.

And I would add that every Gojo attack would be FTL since it is exerted by the occult energy being the ues of the verse, and each energy output therefore quantifies the same speed.

Energy that gojo uses for this attack or release an example below :

In conclusion Gojo would be FTL in speed attack but would also have a weak manipulation of Reality and Chimera on a low scale. (because these demonstrations are not as high)

Naw, the term Imaginary is more akin to "virtual" which we saw with Yuki. Basically, "purple" doesn't actually exist which is why you don't see the wave of purple and why Yuki's mass didn't increase despite the density affects from her concept hax.

The closest physical analog to physical reality would be the anti-matter - matter destruction relationship, given Purple is born from two polar infinities being forced to exist simultaneously.

Scaling to negative mass, tachyons and the like wouldn't apply.

The fact that the virtual mass is applicable within the jjk verse is enough to demonstrate that the imaginary mass is equal to this one because there are not several types of imaginary mass, especially if this one enters in cause with the virtual mass.

Violet is certainly born of two infinity spells, but one has an existing mass that allows the other to co-exist, disposing of tachyons that apply through the bias of the latter, don't you think ?

No, the contexts are completely different. They just share the same words.

The infinities that are colliding aren't really "energies", Gege draws them like that for visual sake. He's essentially forcing two infinite series of his math manip into a state that couldn't exist. Think of the use of imaginary numbers. You can get a negative square value without using. Once done, your equation is satisfied, but those imaginary numbers don't really exist. Similar thing happens when purple touches reality.

Tachyons and the like were never mentioned or hinted at, so on top of the physical context of "imaginary mass" not being used, being shown not to be the case with Yuki, and the mechanics not matching up, it's highly unlikely that this will pass.

Thank you for your explanations. 🤝
