IMHO, FW Godzilla's pretty average for a Godzilla; 90% of the kaiju he's fought were below average, and his feats as a whole aren't that impressive. With that being said, Zilla's got a lot going for him. His Atomic Fire could really put the hurting on Godzilla, considering how Monster X's significantly less impressive Gravity Bolts brought Godzilla to his knees. Zilla's also strong and tough enough to stand against Godzilla in CQC, and even with speed equalized, Zilla still has the mobility advantage with his jumping skills. Overall, I'd say Zilla would win after a good fight.

Using high end calcs, Zilla Jr. stomps. Final Wars Godzilla tanked 5.88 gigatons, Zilla Jr's breath had the energy of 47 gigatons as a side effect.

I mean, with these levels, Zilla Jr might take it, but I see FW Godzilla using his superior attack power, regneration and especially durability to full advantage (Godzilla tanked numerous barrages of Monster X's gravity beams and while one blast made Godzilla take a knee, after that he tanked four blasts in a row without flinching. However Zilla might be smarter and is more mobile in a fight.
