Okay so Boomerang can start with his trick boomerangs to start damaging and overwhelming her, of course she'll eventually grow resistant to those effects, and even TK and reflect a few back, but Boomerang is a competent enough aimer who can strike down his own boomerangs, and thanks to Flight, has better maneuverability to dodge said strikes. Precog is problematic, yes, but nothing Boomerang hasn't dealt with in the form of Spider-Sense, which he has overcome in a similiar vein

He'll eventually pepper her down to a KO, or cause a BFR by the giant boomerang

She also flies. Are the boomerangs resistant to TK or something? Why can't she just grab them? She can also just grab and restrain him by his clothes if need be, rip up the ground to make walls and visual cover, or try to abuse her range.
