Goddess of Order Ashera vs Eternamax Eternatus

It doesn't look like Eternatus nulls passives from what I can see, and Ashera can passively null abilities, including passives. So I think Ashera will just null Eternatus' power null, and then just petrify it, since she leads with it iirc. Not to mention, Eternatus doesn't have a way to permanently kill Ashera, so she will just keep resurrecting herself over and over again.
