Seiya resists most of what Aidan does. Except for Chaos manipulation.
His chaos manipulation is like probability manipulation with a bit of chaos energy thrown in.
I'm not sure if it can actually, do shit to Seiya though. The best feats of it are machines and vehicles and others screwing up when it's around. It seems sorta low-level.
There's also the fact that Seiya can just destroy all of Aidan's atoms and be done with it.
Seiya would probably also win in H2H, granted with Aidan's chaos manip ******* minor stuff up but Seiya's intelligence and skill against Aidan, just seem like Aidan's but better.
Seiya has more ways to win, so I'll vote him.
